Everybody knows David Karsten Daniels?

At work yesterday I was introduced to David Kartsten Daniels and I thought to myself: "you must be to last person on earth who do not know this musician". Soon I was to find out, that I am not. In light of my ignorance, I had a look around some places with information about this very interesting musician (who has a Major in Music Composition).
