This is not a top 11 list of best music videos of 2007, but these I've stumpled upon in the past year. And I like. There are many more, but here is a serving with different stuff; there's consistent popsongs here, freaky stuff with nice lightning and videodirection, a truely amazing Arcade Fire song about exploiting children (Joe Simpson) and just plain good music.
