As a huge fan of The White Stripes who have yet to put a foot wrong I have to say Icky Thump is atrocious. It is a real mess and doesn't bode well for the album. Maybe Jack's been drinking too much Coke but this borders on the unlistenable. It sounds like someone stuffing Rolf Harris' Stylophone up the backside of a partuclarly flatulent gorilla. Very disappointing.
